I am Mary Frances Haluska, originally from Pennsylvania. Arizona has been my home since 2004. I have a Bachelor‘s Degree in Elementary Education from Chestnut Hill College and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Dayton.

My background is in teaching, school administration and leadership management. For more than three decades, I have been committed to the education of children and positively impacted their development as young leaders in varied grades and elementary schools located in small towns, rural communities, African American community and large multi-cultural inner-city schools. While being an administrator in Catholic and Charter Schools I shared my educational knowledge as an evaluator for the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and the Southern States Association. Having worked at the Department of Education as the State Director for Migrant Education I was also a State and National presenter for the Program. During this time I had the opportunity to present to the US Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Washington, DC. I served four years on the Diocese of Phoenix School Board and two years on the Executive Board.
