My name is Erin Plummer. I feel very blessed to be a part of the St. Thomas Aquinas community. I received my Early Childhood Education degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2010. I am originally from South Carolina but have called Arizona home for over a decade. I love walking with children in their journey to the Lord: teaching them to pray, incorporating virtue into their lives, and guiding children to love, know, and serve God in all of our subjects. I am married and have three children. In my free time, I love spending time with family,
