Music / 5th Grade Choir

I am Lisa Wisehart and I am grateful to be the pre-K thru 8th grade music teacher at St. Thomas Aquinas. I have been a part of this incredible team since 2019. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in music with an emphasis in piano from Arizona State University where I studied as a student of Dr. Hamilton Tescarollo and Dr. Baruch Meir. I have a second Bachelor’s degree in Italian from ASU as well. In addition, I am certified to teach music and have attained additional certifications in both the Kodaly and Orff methods, Levels I and II. I have been a part of music ministry at various parishes for 28 years, directing adult, youth, and children’s choir. It is a tremendous blessing to share my Catholic faith with our students through God’s beautiful gift of music.
